Pentax Imaging Systems Has A New Owner, Ricoh

Pentax Imaging Systems is no longer the property of the HOYA company, as of July 1st, 2011 Ricoh Company Ltd. has taken control of that portion of the HOYO’s business through a mutually agreed upon acquisition plant.
